James Corden is officially stepping down as host of Late Late Show In 2023 he will return to the UK after years of entertaining fans by singing with celebrities in cars (But not driving) and appear in the movie from time to time. Even though his time on network TV ended late at night, it’s fair to say that his career will go on somehow. Stephen Colbert recently joked that he’s coming back for him Doctor from And now, fans are considering the idea.
For those who don’t know or even forget about Who’s Relationship, James Corden briefly served as a semi-companion in Doctor from Together with Dr. Matt Smith for two episodes. The 60th anniversary is approaching, and with the star now being a household name around the world a lot bigger than he was when he first appeared on the series in 2010, there’s always a chance he’ll make a cameo, something one fan speculated:

The idea might seem wild considering he’s already played a character in the franchise, but, as Peter Capaldi, Karen Gillan, and others have proven, that’s not an exclusion for a gig performance. It is entirely possible that a file Cinderella alum can become the 14th doctor, and believe it or not, there are people who would love to see it:

It certainly wouldn’t be out of the question for James Corden to be the next Doctor, but we have to put all this into perspective. Right now, there are a lot of rumors circulating about who might play the role, and surprisingly Corden isn’t the wildest actor he’s suggested. Suffice it to say, there is a lot of talk going on about that and while Corden could really be a candidate, nothing is consistent at this time, as far as we know.
Doctor from Jodie Whittaker’s final episode will be dropped later this year, and fans may get a sneak peek at the next Doctor in the process. Such excitement could quell the wild speculation surrounding the role, but if not, speculation regarding James Corden and other potential stars will continue to circulate..
